Il y a 2500 ans, le Bouddha enseignait en Inde. Au début du 21ème siècle, ce fut une chance et une bénédiction pour moi de rencontrer son enseignement via le bouddhisme tibétain, qui s'est diffusé en Occident grâce aux efforts et au dévouement d'innombrables personnes.
Depuis, cette connaissance profonde m'accompagne chaque jour, dans un chemin de transformation intérieure. Ces poèmes témoignent de ce cheminement : la danse d'une femme occidentale entre tourments du vécu et une connaissance qui transcende les mots et la souffrance.

2500 years ago, the Buddha taught in India. At the beginning of the 21st century, I was lucky and blessed to meet his teaching through Tibetan Buddhism, which had spread in the West thanks to the efforts and dedication of countless people.
Since then, this deep knowledge allows me to walk every day on a path of inner transformation. These poems tell the story of that path: the dance of a Western woman, between the torments of life and a knowledge that transcends words and suffering.
